1. Acceptance
By visiting waengames.com, signing in, creating or joining a room, or playing any game (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy and Cookie & Advertising Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13. If you have not reached the age of legal majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian must permit your use and accept these Terms for you. You may not use the Service where doing so is prohibited by law.
3. Accounts and guest play
- Google sign-in is optional. Keep your Google account secure and notify us if your Waen Games profile is used without permission.
- Guest profiles are stored mainly in the browser, can be lost when storage is cleared, and do not receive persistent ranked progress.
- Provide an appropriate display name and do not impersonate others.
- You are responsible for activity performed through your account, device, or guest profile.
- You may not sell, transfer, share, or fraudulently create accounts.
4. Fair play and prohibited conduct
- Do not cheat, collude, exploit bugs, automate gameplay, manipulate matchmaking, ratings, XP, ads, or leaderboards, or falsely report match results.
- Do not harass, threaten, dox, impersonate, spam, or use hateful, obscene, or unlawful names, emotes, or communications.
- Do not probe security, overload servers, interfere with games, bypass restrictions, reverse engineer where prohibited, or access another player’s data.
- Do not use the Service for gambling, wagering, money laundering, or illegal prizes.
- Report serious vulnerabilities privately rather than exploiting or publicly exposing them.
We may correct scores, void matches, restrict matchmaking, or suspend accounts when integrity is compromised.
5. Player names and other content
You retain rights in lawful content you submit, such as display names or support messages. You grant Waen Games a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, format, display, and transmit that content as needed to operate, moderate, and promote the Service. You promise you have the rights to submit it and that it does not infringe or violate another person’s rights.
6. Rankings, XP, and virtual items
Ratings, XP, ranks, cosmetics, room codes, and other virtual features are limited permissions within the Service. They have no cash value, are not property, cannot be redeemed for money, and may be adjusted, reset, removed, or discontinued. We do not guarantee that stats or progress will always be preserved.
7. Advertising and third-party services
The Service may use Google sign-in, Google AdSense, and links to external sites. Third parties operate under their own terms and privacy policies. Advertising does not mean Waen Games endorses an advertiser, and you are responsible for evaluating external offers.
8. Availability and changes
We may add, change, balance, pause, or discontinue games, features, rules, stats, cosmetics, or accounts. Multiplayer connections and data may be lost because of maintenance, failures, cheating prevention, moderation, or events outside our control. The Service is offered for entertainment; no particular opponent, match, outcome, latency, or uptime is promised.
9. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, security, or uninterrupted play. Randomized gameplay and network conditions can affect outcomes. Nothing excludes rights or warranties that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Limitation of liability and indemnity
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Waen Games and its operator, team, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or losses of data, progress, opportunity, profits, or goodwill. Aggregate liability will not exceed the greater of amounts you paid us during the preceding 12 months or US$100 (or local equivalent), except where the law does not allow that limit.
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify those parties against third-party claims and reasonable costs arising from your misconduct, submitted content, breach of these Terms, or violation of law or another person’s rights.
11. Suspension and termination
We may warn, restrict, suspend, reset, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect players or infrastructure, investigate cheating, comply with law, or reduce risk. Serious misconduct may result in immediate termination. You may request account deletion by emailing wanigufran@gmail.com.
12. Disputes, changes, and contact
Before filing a formal claim, contact us and attempt in good faith to resolve it for 30 days unless urgent relief is reasonably necessary. Applicable law governs without overriding mandatory consumer rights. If part of these Terms is unenforceable, the rest remains effective. We may update these Terms and will post the new date; continued use after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance where law permits.
